Postnatal Support
I’m here to provide practical and emotional support for you and your family from birth to six weeks. My goal is to make this special time as smooth and enjoyable as possible for you.
Some of the ways I can help include:
Going for walks with you and your little one, offering companionship and a chance to get some fresh air.
Washing and sterilising bottles, ensuring your baby’s feeding supplies are always clean and ready to use.
Holding and soothing your baby while you take a much-needed nap or shower.
I also understand that birth experiences don’t always go as planned. If you need someone to talk to about your experience, I’m here to listen and support you without judgment.
These are just a few examples of how I can assist you. Please don’t hesitate to reach out so we can discuss your specific needs and how I can help.
I'm based in Inverness and will currently travel up to 30 minutes from home. However, please reach out if you are further afield as I may have availability.
Please note: While I’m here to support you in many ways, I’m not able to provide medical advice.

Please reach out if you would like more information on this process and how it may be helpful for you.
INCLUDING:
Three 1 hour online sessions.
Email support between each session, if needed.
A follow up phone call 1-2 weeks after our final session.
PRICE:
£160
(A non refundable deposit of £80 is required to book)

Elective c-section birth partner
I will be your birth partner for your elective C-section at Raigmore Hospital, Inverness, if you’re in need of support and don’t have a birth partner. I understand that there can be many reasons for this, and I offer non-judgmental assistance.
My aim is to provide you with support and ensure a calm and relaxing birthing experience. We can have a brief 15-minute phone call before your birth to address any concerns or questions you might have.
You’re welcome to contact me directly, or you can have your consultant or midwife reach out to me if that’s more convenient for you.
This service is provided at no charge. Ideally, please give me at least two weeks' notice to check my availability, but feel free to reach out even if you have a shorter timeframe.
INCLUDING:
I will stay with you for one hour after your c-section.
